The position available is for a psychosocial rehabilitation professional whose responsibilities include planning and delivering rehabilitative training and case management to an assigned caseload. This full-time, 40-hour per week role is hourly and non-exempt with a competitive pay rate of $22.98 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The professional will work primarily in community and home settings, with limited office time, assisting adults diagnosed with serious emotional, behavioral, or mental disorders. They will collaborate closely with the ACT Team Leader to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans that teach self-help, self-care, and social skills to promote autonomy and community integration. This position also involves crisis prevention and intervention, collecting and reviewing case data for eligibility determination for financial, medical, and social services. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to employ therapeutic and teaching techniques successfully within a rehabilitative framework.
