We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. This role best suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for hands-on cooking. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious menu items across several stations including saute, fry, and grill. This position requires a sound understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, as well as the ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace throughout service periods. You will handle food prep duties like making burgers, quesadillas, salads, and desserts using basic knife skills to ensure consistent quality and portion control.

In addition to cooking responsibilities, the Line Cook will support the kitchen by keeping the cooking station clean, complying with all sanitation and safety standards, safely operating cooking appliances and utensils, and occasionally assisting with ordering and receiving food supplies. This role demands a strong work ethic, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to stand and work for extended periods in a busy environment. Job Duties

  • Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
  • Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
  • Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
  • Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
  • Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
  • Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
