Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Knowledge of food safety standards
Team player mindset

Job Qualifications

Line cook experience preferred
Strong work ethic and team mindset
Ability to stay organized and efficient during service
Basic knife skills
Basic safety and sanitation knowledge
Experience cooking on saute, fry, and grill stations
Knowledge of preparing menu favorites like burgers and quesadillas
Experience handling cold prep including salads and desserts

Job Duties

Cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
Ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
Keep cooking station clean and orderly during shift
Comply with all sanitation and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
Safely use and operate cooking appliances and utensils
Provide friendly and helpful customer service for guests as needed
Assist in ordering and receiving food products for the kitchen as needed
Work in a busy environment and standing for long periods of time
