Job Requirements
- bartending experience preferred
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy, outdoor environment
- adherence to dress code including close-toed shoes and pants
- compliance with GMP guidelines for food handling roles including hair tied up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and covering facial hair if required
- professional and courteous customer engagement
- must be able to perform cleaning and sanitization duties
Job Qualifications
- outgoing personality and love for people
- bartending experience preferred but willingness to train the right attitude
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- comfortable handling physically strenuous activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending
- familiarity with point of sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
- create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
- keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
- deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
- clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
