Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
bartending experience preferred but not required
ability to work weekends and holidays
ability to stand and move for long periods
physically able to reach, crouch, and bend as needed
able to work in busy and hectic environments
comply with dress code including close-toed shoes and pants
follow good manufacturing practice guidelines including hair up, trimmed fingernails, and covering facial hair if required

ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
weekend and holiday availability
good communication skills
customer service experience
ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
deliver excellent customer service with a smile
work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
