Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
bartending experience preferred
weekend and holiday availability
ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
physically able to perform duties including reaching, crouching, bending over
ability to work independently and in a team
adherence to safety and hygiene policies
willingness to learn and adapt
close-toed shoes and appropriate attire required

Job Qualifications

Outgoing personality and love for people
customer service experience preferred
ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
bartending experience preferred but not required
comfortable working on feet for full shifts
ability to adhere to dress code and grooming standards

Job Duties

Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
deliver excellent customer service with a smile
work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of the shift
