These benefits include industry-leading associate discounts, weekly pay periods for prompt access to earnings, premium pay on Sundays and select holidays, and flexible scheduling with two-week advanced notice. Part-time and full-time associates are eligible for vision and dental insurance plans, underscoring the company’s commitment to comprehensive health coverage. Moreover, associate support programs such as paid parental leave, fitness reimbursement, employee assistance programs, and financial planning help create a fulfilling employment experience.
