Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- Highly-organized with attention to detail

- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products or equipment
Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store
- Coordinate and collect trash from parking lots, lawn, and inside the store
- Safely use snow removal equipment to remove snow
- Handle perishable and salvage returns
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- Assist at the service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas
- Collaborate with various departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
