Job Duties

Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly to let them know you will be right with them
Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to recommend appropriate products
Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
Prepare and serve food and beverage items including coffee, tea, sandwiches, salads, pizza, desserts, and other snacks
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
Replenish food and beverage supplies at serving stations
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers following safety protocols
Participate in inventory management including stock counts and reporting issues
Resolve customer complaints effectively and inform management of barriers to optimal customer experience
Promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card to customers to drive sales growth
