Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to remain stationary and perform well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
  • Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment beneficial but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Basic physical fitness to handle lifting and extended mobility
  • Willingness to adhere to protective and safety measures during shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently take carside or to-go orders over the phone
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
  • Deliver food and beverages to cars with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by using disinfectant supplies and wearing protective gear
  • Lift and transport to-go bags and beverages safely, sometimes up to 50 pounds
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols throughout each shift
