The role available is for an Applebee's Carside associate, responsible for being the first and last point of contact with guests over the phone and in-person as they deliver carside or to-go orders with a friendly smile. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to make recommendations, and anticipating guests' needs to enhance the customer experience. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Physical ability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to transport to-go bags and beverages weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Capability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and work with disinfectants for entire shift
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in person with a friendly attitude

- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
