Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
capability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to remain stationary or mobile for up to four hours
ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
willingness to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

minimum age of 18 years
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
previous customer service experience preferred but not required
ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
reliable and punctual
willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

greet guests over the phone and in person with a friendly attitude
deliver carside and to-go orders promptly and accurately
make menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
anticipate and address guest needs to ensure satisfaction
maintain cleanliness and organization of carside area
adhere to safety and health protocols including wearing protective gear
communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders
