Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to four hours
- willingness to wear protective equipment and follow health protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously over the phone and in person
- deliver carside and to-go orders efficiently and with a positive attitude
- make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- lift and transport to-go bags and beverages safely
- follow health and safety protocols consistently
