As a Carpentry Apprentice/Installer with Kitchen Tune-Up, employees are expected to arrive on time, follow project manager instructions, adhere strictly to company Trustpoints standards on every project, maintain clean and orderly work areas, communicate progress effectively, and work efficiently to complete tasks to a high standard. This position does not require prior paid experience; however, mechanical aptitude or experience with home projects, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate power hand tools such as table saws, band saws, routers, and nail guns are essential.
