Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • basic math skills
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Duties

  • Perform all crew position duties
  • train and supervise crew members
  • plan, organize and implement daily operational routines
  • monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs
  • open and close the restaurant as needed
  • enforce and maintain all quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations
