Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- have basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
- demonstrate leadership ability and team support
- work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- valid Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
