Job Description

Team JCK LLC. & KBR Group LLC. are proud independent franchisees of Carl Karcher Enterprises, operating multiple Carl's Jr. restaurant locations spanning from Medford, Oregon, to Longview, Washington. As a family-owned business deeply rooted in these communities, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for success and fostering an environment centered around teamwork and growth. Our mission goes beyond serving great food; we believe in putting people first — both our team members and our customers. We emphasize cultivating a positive workplace culture where every individual feels valued and supported, truly becoming more than just a job — this is family.

Joining our management team means becoming the heartbeat of each restaurant location. In the role of Restaurant Manager, you will overseer all facets of operations ensuring that labor is optimally utilized to meet budgetary goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for analyzing business performance regularly, monitoring controllable costs, and implementing corrective actions when needed to drive profitability. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as Carl's Jr. policies and procedures is a key component of your leadership responsibilities.

As a manager, supervision and mentorship of employees is essential. You will train, coach, and provide constructive performance feedback — both positive and corrective — to motivate your team toward continuous improvement. Your role includes making critical employment decisions involving hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation to build a strong and effective workforce. Communication is vital; you will clearly convey business objectives and team goals, celebrate accomplishments, and foster a culture where employees feel recognized and empowered.

We offer competitive starting wages ranging from $56,000 to $95,000 annually depending on your position as Assistant Manager or General Manager, respectively. We pride ourselves on delivering first-class training that equips you for success in your current role while providing a clear path for future growth and development within the company. You will have the opportunity to develop key competencies such as leadership, team building, customer service excellence, and independent problem-solving.

Working with us means being part of a supportive family that truly values your contributions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off up to 30 days per year, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs starting from day one, food discounts, free meals during every shift, and performance bonuses paid quarterly. We ensure our managers have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive both professionally and personally.

The ideal candidates are self-starters who demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. They must be at least 18 years old, able to work up to 47 hours per week as business needs dictate, and physically capable of standing, bending, stooping for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Possession or ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of employment is required, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. As part of our commitment to compliance and integrity, all new hires will be verified by E-Verify.

If you are looking for more than just a job and want to build a career with a company that treats you like family, join Team JCK LLC. & KBR Group LLC. Take the next step in your professional journey with us and discover the opportunities that await.
