Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
  • Possession or ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physically able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets and maintain high quality standards
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • Make employment decisions on hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
  • Communicate business and team goals, recognize employee achievements
