Job Description

We are a proud franchisee of Carl's Jr., a renowned brand in the fast-food industry known for its quality burgers and exceptional customer service. Operating as a family-owned business, our franchise spans multiple locations from Medford, Oregon, to Longview, Washington. At the heart of our operation is a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace environment that values teamwork, personal growth, and success. Our business model emphasizes the importance of people, both our customers and our team members, making each franchise location a vibrant hub of community and opportunity.

Joining our team means entering more than just a job—you become part of a family that works diligently to achieve excellence in hospitality and operational performance. We strive to create an empowering atmosphere where employees can develop professionally while contributing to a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

The restaurant management role within our Carl's Jr. franchise is critical to maintaining the high standards set forth by our brand. Management responsibilities include effective labor utilization to meet budget requirements while upholding top-notch quality standards. Managers analyze business performance regularly, monitor controllable costs closely, and take necessary corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met. Furthermore, managers ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and adhere strictly to Carl's Jr. policies and procedures.

As a manager, you will lead by example, supervising and mentoring team members consistently. This role requires delivering ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback—both positive and corrective—to foster employee motivation and growth. Managerial duties also extend to making key employment decisions, such as hiring, discipline, promotions, terminations, and compensation adjustments. Communication of business goals, team expectations, and recognizing employees who positively impact the business are fundamental aspects of the position.

Our management team serves as the foundation of each location, bringing energy, dedication, and a sense of family to their work every day. This role demands strong leadership, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Our managers work independently yet thrive as team builders who inspire others to succeed.

Being at least 18 years old is a basic requirement, with the role involving the capacity to work up to 47 hours per week based on business needs. The job is physically engaging, requiring standing, bending, stooping for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Possession or eligibility to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days is mandatory.

We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from $56,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on the managerial position. Beyond monetary compensation, we provide exceptional training programs designed to equip new managers with the skills necessary for current and future advancement opportunities. Our culture of inclusion ensures there is a place for everyone seeking a rewarding career path with growth potential.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off of up to 30 days per year, participation in a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid life insurance, and short- and long-term disability insurance. Additional benefits feature flexible spending accounts, employee assistance funds, access to support programs from day one, meal discounts, free meals during shifts, and generous quarterly performance bonuses. Our commitment to employee welfare and development makes this opportunity more than just employment; it is a pathway to long-term career success and personal fulfillment.
