Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
  • must obtain or have a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
  • able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stooping for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • ensure business and personnel practices comply with state and federal laws and company policies
  • supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • train, coach and provide performance feedback to motivate employees
  • make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
  • communicate business and team goals and expectations
  • recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
