Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- must obtain or have a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
- able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stooping for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- ensure business and personnel practices comply with state and federal laws and company policies
- supervise and mentor employees regularly
- train, coach and provide performance feedback to motivate employees
- make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- communicate business and team goals and expectations
- recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
