Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • Must pass identity verification through E-Verify

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to manage labor and control costs effectively
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high quality standards in all operations
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach and provide performance feedback
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
