Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
- Must pass identity verification through E-Verify
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage labor and control costs effectively
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- Ensure high quality standards in all operations
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Supervise and mentor employees regularly
- Train, coach and provide performance feedback
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
