Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
  • ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to analyze budget and business metrics
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • food handler's permit or ability to obtain one

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
  • supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • train, coach and provide performance feedback
  • make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
