Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- have or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- possess basic math skills
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- great attitude and openness to learning new skills
- excellent customer service and people skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- process orders at the cash register
- prepare food for guest orders
- clean, cut and prepare food for cooking
- keep the kitchen spotless and utensils clean
- assist in keeping all parts of the restaurant looking fantastic for guests
- learn operations including prep, grill, front of house, register stations, and drive-thru windows
- meet Carl's Jr. standards to help our stores shine
