Carhops are tasked with delivering food orders to guests' vehicles, ensuring that every item meets the restaurant's operational, quality, and appearance standards before it reaches the customer. The role also involves carrying and balancing trays weighing up to 25 pounds, requiring both physical stamina and careful coordination.

Beyond basic service tasks, Carhops must provide friendly, quick, and polite attention to all guests, promptly responding to any requests to enhance their dining experience. They serve as the frontline representatives of the restaurant, making an immediate impression on guest satisfaction. Carhops are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness within their service areas. Additional duties extend to reporting any customer complaints or employee issues to the Manager on Duty, moving and stocking food products weighing up to 50 pounds, and potentially performing as a Skating Carhop after completing specific training requirements. Skating Carhops perform their duties while on roller skates, adding a unique and dynamic element to the guest service experience. The role requires flexibility regarding work hours, with shifts potentially including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the restaurant's busy operating schedule.
