The role being offered is that of a Carhop, a key position responsible for serving product directly to guests. In this role, you will act as the face of the establishment, delivering food orders promptly and courteously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Carhops are expected to manage trays weighing up to 25 pounds with care and balance, navigate the dining area efficiently, and provide a friendly, quick, and polite service to each guest. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to promptly respond to guest needs and resolve any complaints or issues by escalating them to the Manager on Duty.

In addition to serving, Carhops assist with payment processing, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cash and change. The daily responsibilities also include cleaning and sanitation duties, which are critical to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. These duties encompass sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, sanitizing food preparation areas, and properly disposing of waste. This role requires regular attendance, flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.

There is also an opportunity for Carhops to participate in skating carhop training, where employees perform their duties while on roller skates, delivering an added element of skill and entertainment to the service experience. This requires additional training and the ability to safely manage all responsibilities while skating.
