Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Additionally, you will perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties in compliance with the company's operational standards, such as washing dishes, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing food preparation areas.

The role goes beyond basic delivery and customer interaction. Carhops must be prepared to respond to guest complaints or issues and report them to the MOD immediately to ensure swift resolution and maintain customer satisfaction. The position also demands physical stamina as it involves carrying trays that may weigh up to 25 pounds and moving or stocking food products weighing as much as 50 pounds. For those hired as Skating Carhops, training will be provided, and duties must be performed while on roller skates, adding a fun yet physically demanding element to the role.

Irregular working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected in this role, reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry.
