Job Requirements

Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
Ability to remain calm in tough situations
Resilient spirit willing to learn and grow
Team mentality and willingness to help where needed
Roller skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces when delivering food (for Skating Carhop)

Job Qualifications

Friendly and smiling face that enjoys providing courteous service
Willingness to cross-train on all stations
Team player keen on cleanliness and safety
Basic math and reading skills
Effective communication skills
General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for Skating Carhop)

Job Duties

Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
Abiding by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
Carrying and delivering food orders accurately and promptly
Skating proficiently while balancing and carrying trays (for Skating Carhop positions)
