The role of a Resident Care Assistant at Tenfold Senior Living is vital for delivering personalized care to each resident based on their unique needs. This position requires a compassionate individual who is attentive, patient, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of seniors. The Resident Care Assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Additionally, they support residents with housekeeping tasks and ensure their safety by closely monitoring any changes in condition and accurately documenting care using electronic health records (eHR) and other systems. Working closely with the Resident Services Director, the Resident Care Assistant plays an essential role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment.

Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements

Job Duties
- assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
- assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
- assist residents with housekeeping, such as making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- consistently utilize electronic health records and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident's care plan
- observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director
