The role of Caregiver / Home Health Aide at Home Instead involves providing essential non-medical care to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, accommodating various lifestyle needs. Employees will be compensated between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour, with additional bonuses such as holiday pay at 1.5x or double time, and a $750 employee referral bonus, making it a rewarding opportunity financially as well as personally. Caregivers will work in various communities across Barberton, Bath Township, Brunswick, Cuyahoga Falls, Copley, Fairlawn, Green, Hudson, Lodi, Northfield, Norton, Richfield, Rittman, Stow, Uniontown, and Wadsworth, with a requirement to travel within a 10-mile radius of their home.

This position does not require prior experience as paid orientation and ongoing training are provided, supporting new caregivers as they develop their skills. Responsibilities include assisting seniors with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring safety and comfort. The role also involves building trusting relationships that contribute significantly to the emotional and physical well-being of clients.
