Job Requirements
- Treat clients with dignity and respect
- Weekend availability if applicable
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if applicable
- Compliance with California state regulations including background check, drug screening, and DMV check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related field is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Remind clients to take medications and assist with medication management

- Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care
- Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia
- Communicate effectively with clients and family members
