Job Description

Dial is a compassionate and resident-focused assisted living community dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. Our ethos revolves around creating an environment where team members feel valued and residents are treated like family. At Dial, team members have the unique opportunity to grow professionally by learning from experienced seniors and healthcare professionals while delivering compassionate care. We pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and continuous learning. Our commitment is to add not just years to the residents' lives but also life to their years by promoting happiness, dignity, and well-being in their daily experiences.

The position available is for a Resident Care Assistant, a critical role in our community that entails providing essential care and support to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, hygiene, mobility, and supervision, often coordinated through nurse delegation. The Resident Care Assistant serves as a frontline caregiver, responsible for monitoring the health, safety, and emotional well-being of residents, responding promptly to emergencies, and ensuring a safe and homelike environment. This role also involves routine documentation, minor housekeeping duties, and participation in resident activities to encourage socialization and engagement.

Joining Dial means becoming part of a dedicated team where your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Team members benefit from an array of perks including paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance, holiday double pay, and immediate accrual of PTO from the first day. Additional benefits include an employee referral bonus, a loyalty incentive program, and an employee recognition program. Convenient discounts with major providers like Verizon and AT&T, a pay advance program, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance are also available. Further financial security and benefits include basic term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a 401K retirement savings plan, and flexible spending accounts for dependent care.

This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting seniors and making a tangible difference in their lives. If you have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience caring for seniors, and knowledge in basic first aid, this could be a wonderful place for you to advance your career. Additional knowledge of state and federal assisted living guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and safe food handling practices will contribute to your success in this role. We value skills in nurturing, organization, and teamwork to provide the best possible care to our residents.

If you are committed to enriching the lives of older adults and thrive in a supportive work environment, Dial is the place to grow your passion and career. We invite you to bring your empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to our team and help create a warm, safe, and engaging community for our residents.
