Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and mobile applications for caregiving tasks
- Willingness to maintain compliance with all necessary certifications and registrations
Job Duties
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
- Maintain consistent care by working at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Use technology tools such as the company mobile app for schedule management and real-time client updates
- Participate in paid training and continuous learning opportunities
- Adhere to all compliance, license, and registration requirements
