Home Instead believes in building strong relationships between caregivers and clients, enabling meaningful connections and consistent support. The company not only delivers exceptional care to seniors but also provides ongoing support, training, and opportunities for its employees to thrive in their roles.
The role of a Home Caregiver at Home Instead is critical in upholding the company’s mission of assisting seniors to live independently in their homes. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $14.00, along with weekly pay and the convenience of direct deposit. Caregivers receive paid training, paid holidays at 1.5 times their pay rate, and eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
