Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Strong communication skills
Adaptability and ability to multi-task
Teamwork and time-management skills
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
