Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior caregiving experience is advantageous
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 20 to 30 minutes within service area
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including mornings afternoons evenings and overnight
- Dependable and able to work every other weekend
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate dependable and patient attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Current car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete two background checks
- Ability to pass drug testing
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming dressing toileting
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry dishes and general tidying
- Prepare meals and assist clients with eating
- Provide medication reminders to ensure client adherence
- Offer transportation to errands appointments and activities
- Engage clients in companionship and meaningful activities
- Maintain reliable and timely attendance for assigned shifts
