Comfort Keepers is known for its compassionate approach to elder care, emphasizing respect, dignity, and personalized support. The organization extends its services to seniors living throughout San Diego, including areas like Carlsbad, Chula Vista, La Jolla, and Oceanside, ensuring that care is accessible and reliable across the county. The franchisee prides itself on fostering a supportive work environment that offers flexible schedules designed around caregivers’ availability, whether part-time or full-time, and compensates employees competitively based on experience and credentials.

This position involves providing compassionate, dependable in-home care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Caregivers also offer emotional support and companionship, particularly for clients experiencing cognitive or behavioral health challenges such as dementia, anxiety, or depression. The role requires dependable transportation due to travel between client homes within San Diego County. Pay ranges from $18.25 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and training, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
