The community prides itself on hiring dedicated professionals who are passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and those with memory impairments. The work environment is designed to foster teamwork, respect, and continuous learning, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing setting.
As a Caregiver at Arden Courts, you will play a vital role as a member of the Health and Wellness Team by assisting residents with all aspects of their daily lives. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic caregiving to include personal care, food preparation and service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, social engagement, and participation in resident activities. You will also be responsible for providing orientation and meeting information needs, helping residents to feel comfortable, safe, and valued. The role demands a hands-on approach where physical mobility and the ability to assist residents in tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support are paramount.

Arden Courts offers a flexible work schedule inclusive of PRN shifts, along with exceptional employee benefits such as no mandatory overtime for shift coverage, access to daily pay via ZayZoon, uniforms provided, employee discounts, appreciation events, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), holiday premium pay, and more. The role provides an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth within a respected healthcare provider committed to equity and inclusion. Arden Courts is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace, adhering to the highest standards of employment practices and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA).
