As a Caregiver at Arden Courts, you will play a vital role as a member of the Health and Wellness Team by assisting residents with all aspects of their daily lives. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic caregiving to include personal care, food preparation and service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, social engagement, and participation in resident activities. You will also be responsible for providing orientation and meeting information needs, helping residents to feel comfortable, safe, and valued. The role demands a hands-on approach where physical mobility and the ability to assist residents in tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support are paramount.
