As a Caregiver at Arden Courts, you will play an essential role in supporting residents in all aspects of their daily lives. This position involves providing personal care, assisting with food service, housekeeping, and laundry, as well as managing behavior, promoting socialization, and facilitating activities. Caregivers also assist with orientation and provide residents with information they need to feel comfortable and secure. Working closely with the Health and Wellness team, caregivers uphold the highest standards in resident care and contribute to a warm, safe, and enriching environment.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic reading and writing skills
  • ability to speak English clearly
  • knowledge and experience working with elderly
  • dementia care experience preferred
  • certification required by state regulations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • full use of hands, arms, and legs
  • ability to operate washing machines, dryers, and kitchen appliances

Job Qualifications
