The role of a Caregiver at Arden Courts is essential in delivering exceptional daily care to residents. Caregivers assist residents in all aspects of their daily routines, including personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as food service and housekeeping duties. The position requires a proactive approach to managing behavior, promoting socialization, and supporting residents’ participation in activities tailored to their needs. Caregivers also provide orientation and help residents with information needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
