Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Age 18 or older
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow individualized service plans
  • Ability to engage with residents and support daily activities
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate and reliable with strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified
  • Experience in senior care or caregiving preferred but not required
  • Ability to engage and build meaningful relationships with residents
  • Patience and understanding necessary for working with memory care residents
