The Resident Caregiver role at Arden Courts is a vital part of the Health and Wellness Team dedicated to delivering industry-leading resident care. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic reading and writing skills
  • ability to speak English clearly
  • knowledge and experience in elderly care
  • certification per state requirements
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • full use of hands, arms, and legs for caregiving tasks
  • ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • ability to operate laundry and kitchen appliances

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic reading and writing skills
  • ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • knowledge and experience in working with elderly individuals
  • previous dementia care experience preferred
  • certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties

  • assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
