Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English clearly
- knowledge and experience in elderly care
- certification per state requirements
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- full use of hands, arms, and legs for caregiving tasks
- ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- ability to operate laundry and kitchen appliances
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English in an understandable manner
- knowledge and experience in working with elderly individuals
- previous dementia care experience preferred
- certification as required by state regulations
Job Duties
- assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
