As a Caregiver at Arden Courts, you play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day living activities. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification required according to state regulations
  • Ability to speak English understandably
  • Experience working with elderly populations
  • Preferred experience with dementia care
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to use hands, arms, and legs for caregiving tasks
  • Ability to operate washing machines, dryers, and kitchen appliances

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly populations
  • Previous dementia care experience preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate in English understandably
  • Certification required according to state regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist residents with all aspects of daily life including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry
