The position includes assisting with personal care routines, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization activities, and providing orientation and information resources. Caregivers serve as vital members of the Health and Wellness Team, working collaboratively to promote resident well-being and ensure an exceptional care experience.

The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, squatting for extended periods, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and using hands and limbs to assist residents with washing, bathing, dressing, cleaning, and managing household appliances.
