Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
- Knowledge and experience in working with elderly
- Previous dementia care experience preferred
- NJ CNA or CHHA certification required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Full use of hands, arms, and legs
- Ability to operate clothes washers, dryers, and kitchen appliances
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge and experience in working with elderly
- Previous dementia care experience preferred
- NJ CNA or CHHA certification required
Job Duties
- Assist residents with personal care needs
- Provide food service to residents
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Manage resident behavior and facilitate socialization
- Organize and support resident activities
- Provide orientation and meet informational needs of residents
- Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality resident care
