The establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional care through trained and compassionate team members who understand the unique requirements of elderly residents. Arden Courts fosters a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere that promotes socialization, independence, and dignity for every resident.

The Caregiver role at Arden Courts is an essential position that involves assisting residents in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. As a member of the Health & Wellness Team, you will play a crucial part in providing industry-leading resident care and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. This role is ideally suited for compassionate individuals who have experience working with elderly populations and, preferably, some background in dementia care. Employment with Arden Courts offers remarkable benefits such as no mandatory stay-over for shift coverage, daily access to pay via ZayZoon, uniforms, employee discounts, employee appreciation events, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), holiday premium pay, and more, particularly for PRN (as needed) staff. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusiveness, encouraging candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Arden Courts values applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, basic literacy, and English speaking skills, and requires a New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification. The physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and the full use of hands, arms, and legs for various caregiving activities.
