The organization promotes a culture of respect, dignity, and holistic wellbeing for all who reside in and work at their facility.

The role of a Caregiver at Arden Courts is pivotal in delivering daily support to residents, assisting with personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavioral management, as well as social and recreational activities. Caregivers play a crucial role in facilitating a positive living experience by attending to residents' orientation and information needs while fostering socialization and engagement. Prior experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care, is highly desirable to effectively meet the complex needs of residents. The caregiver must possess basic literacy and communication skills to ensure clear interactions and proper documentation. Physical stamina is also essential, as the job involves standing, walking, bending, squatting for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. The ability to operate essential appliances and interpret medical tools like thermometers and charts is instrumental to performing duties efficiently.

Importantly, Arden Courts is committed to fostering an inclusive workforce and provides equal opportunity employment. It embraces diversity by adhering to fair hiring practices irrespective of race, color, gender identity, age, disability status, and other legally protected categories. The organization also complies with ADAAA guidelines ensuring accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities. This commitment reflects Arden Courts' values of respect and care not only for residents but also for its workforce, supporting a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
