As a Caregiver at Arden Courts, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily lives of our residents. This position entails assisting with personal care tasks, managing food service needs, housekeeping duties, and laundry. You will also contribute to behavior management, social engagement, and facilitating orientation and information services as part of an integrated Health & Wellness Team. This role requires an active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus to welcome qualified caregivers. The role is designed to provide meaningful interaction with elderly residents, emphasizing respect and patience, often with individuals who have dementia or cognitive impairments.
