The company takes pride in delivering an exceptional lifestyle and care experience for seniors through dedicated teams who embrace values of trust, respect, teamwork, dignity, integrity, ownership, and continuous learning. Belmont Village is committed to creating environments where seniors can thrive and enjoy an enriched quality of life while receiving personalized support tailored to their individual needs. The organization stands out not only for its high standards of service and luxury living but also for its focus on employee growth, development, and well-being. With a strategic plan emphasizing career advancement, Belmont Village offers numerous opportunities for team members to grow within the company in various capacities.

The role of a Caregiver at Belmont Village is essential to providing compassionate, hands-on care to seniors residing in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This position requires candidates who are reliable, empathetic, and take pride in delivering heartfelt care. Caregivers play a vital role in assisting residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting their socialization, and ensuring their safety and well-being in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Although a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is not mandatory for this role, it is welcomed along with any relevant caregiving experience or training.

Caregivers at Belmont Village are expected to collaborate effectively with team members, embrace a growth mindset, and prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction. Duties encompass hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care, maintaining accurate care documentation, and upholding regulatory compliance and cleanliness standards. The position offers a meaningful career opportunity where one can make a positive impact on the lives of seniors every day while benefiting from comprehensive employee support, training, and recognition programs. Additionally, Belmont Village values consistent attendance and teamwork, ensuring a supportive work environment that fosters professional and personal development.
