Job Requirements
- Live in Linn, Benton, or Jones Counties
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance
- Pass a criminal background check and 12-panel drug screen
- Be available to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights
- Ability to provide physical care and assistance to clients as needed
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and family members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care preferred
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Willingness to complete training and certification programs
