The in-home caregiver role is vital to fulfilling our mission, as these caregivers provide essential services that improve the quality of life for seniors who need assistance with everyday activities. This position offers flexible scheduling options including 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts to work around your availability. Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour depending on the shift, including higher rates for weekend and last-minute shift pickups. Caregivers are paired carefully with clients based on experience, care needs, compatibility, and proximity to ensure a positive working relationship.
