Job Description
We are a dedicated home care agency serving the communities of Lutz, Carrollwood, Westchase, Northdale, and Citrus Park with compassionate caregivers specializing in companionship, homemaker services, and personal care. Our agency focuses on providing in-home support to seniors who prefer to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. We understand the importance of continuity and consistency in caregiving, and as such, we ensure that caregivers are thoughtfully matched with clients to foster dependable scheduling and strong relationship-based care. This approach allows seniors to maintain their routines and independence while receiving the assistance they need from trusted professionals.
Our open caregiver positions include roles for Companion Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs), both offering consistent schedules with the same clients and opportunities to work close to home. This enables caregivers to choose a work type that best fits their skills and preferences, whether that involves companionship and homemaker support or more hands-on personal care. We provide a professional support environment, valuing respect for caregivers' time with reliable hours, clear communication, and ongoing guidance to support success in the role.
The role itself is designed for those who value meaningful and steady work. Companion and Homemaker Caregivers focus on providing company and household assistance without personal care tasks, offering services such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when necessary. On the other hand, HHAs are responsible for more direct personal care, including assisting clients with bathing, personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, and supporting daily routines safely and respectfully. HHAs must have appropriate training or certification to perform hands-on personal care.
Our agency prides itself on fostering a work environment that respects and supports caregivers. We offer clear communication, responsive office support, professional onboarding, and assignments that prioritize caregiver preferences and client needs. Our goal is to provide a dependable and caregiver-focused atmosphere where individuals can build lasting relationships and take pride in delivering high-quality care.
For those interested in joining our team, competitive hourly pay is offered, varying according to role and assignment type. Scheduling is flexible and tailored around client requirements as well as the caregiver’s availability, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our caregivers benefit from steady work opportunities with clear expectations and the convenience of working close to home.
The screening process entails a background check through the Clearinghouse, required by the State of Florida, and includes drug screening to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. Applicants must demonstrate effective communication skills, respect for clients, a willingness to provide multiple services, and, where applicable, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
If you are a caregiver seeking a steady, predictable, and fulfilling role with an agency that values your contributions and supports your professional growth, we encourage you to apply. Join us in making a positive difference in the lives of seniors within your community through compassionate and reliable care.
