We are a dedicated home care agency serving the communities of Lutz, Carrollwood, Westchase, Northdale, and Citrus Park with compassionate caregivers specializing in companionship, homemaker services, and personal care. Job Requirements
- Background screening through the Clearinghouse at a cost of around $100
- Treat clients with dignity and respect
- Willingness to provide multiple services
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if applicable
- Compliance with State of Florida requirements including background and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of HHA training or equivalent certification for personal care roles
- Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient approach to client care
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for roles requiring transportation
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
- Run errands and do grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to appointments if applicable
- Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
- Support client mobility and transfers
- Help with toileting and personal care
- Support daily routines safely and respectfully
