The Home Caregiver role at Home Instead is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for part-time or full-time work, and emphasizes consistent client assignments where possible to build trusted relationships. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options for convenience. Additional perks include a $700 referral bonus, paid training, and paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate. Job Requirements
- Six plus months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN
- reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)
- two professional references
- available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged)
- complete required screening and any needed compliance steps
