The Home Caregiver role at Home Instead is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors. As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help clients with personal care tasks to ensure their comfort and safety at home. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for part-time or full-time work, and emphasizes consistent client assignments where possible to build trusted relationships. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options for convenience. Additional perks include a $700 referral bonus, paid training, and paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate.
